Atmayu Yoga Teachers
Yashika - Yoga Teacher & Founder

Born in Bengaluru in a Dhārmik household, Yoga entered her life naturally through Bhakti and later through the formal practice of Yogāsana. Her path led her to Mysuru in 2006 for higher studies, where she pursued a Bachelor’s in Psychology and later a Master’s in Forensic Science. Alongside her academic journey, she worked as a Forensic Expert, Psychologist, Actor, and Model — experiences that exposed her to the stark contrasts of life, from crime investigations to the glamour industry. These contrasts awakened deeper existential questions that eventually drew her fully into Yoga.
Since over 10 years, her practice has been rooted in devotion, and she immersed herself in intensive study in Mysuru. She has trained in Haṭha Yoga, Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa, Yin Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Sound Therapy, and completed YIC at S-VYASA. She also had the rare privilege of learning directly from Guruji BNS Iyengar, a direct disciple of T Krishnamacharya, deepening her knowledge in Prāṇāyāma, Mudrā, Indian Philosophy, and traditional Aṣṭāṅga.
With over 7 years of teaching, she guides students with a spiritual and holistic approach - disciplined yet accessible to all. In 2020, she returned to Mysuru as a new mother and later founded Ātmāyu Yoga, a space for courses, retreats, and workshops designed to inspire seekers to connect with their eternal self.
Manoj - Yoga Teacher

Manoj’s journey with Yoga began at the age of 12, when he started practicing āsana as part of competitive sports. What began as physical training soon unfolded into a deeper realization- that Yoga is far beyond postures; it is a way of life.
Rooted in Mysuru, the cradle of Yoga, Manoj later moved to Bengaluru to pursue his Bachelor’s in Yoga at SVYASA University, where his practice deepened and his teaching journey began. Over the past 5+ years, he has been guiding students in both Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, blending tradition with mindful living.
Manoj’s own life is a testament to the transformative power of Yoga. For more than a decade, he has lived a medicine-free, hospital-free lifestyle, drawing strength, health, and clarity from his practice. This personal experience fuels his passion to share Yoga as a holistic path to well-being- not just on the mat, but in everyday life.
Today, as the co-founder of Eka Yoga Studio in Vietnam, Manoj continues to inspire students across cultures. His teaching is not only about physical postures but also about cultivating balance, resilience, and mindful living. With every class, he hopes to empower students to grow, heal, and live healthier, more conscious lives.
Lipi Arvind - Reiki Master Teacher

From the moment she entered this world on the sacred festival of the Divine Mother in Kerala, the universe seemed to whisper to Lipi Aravind Prasad. Cradled in the spirituality of South India, her childhood was woven with a natural, tender connection to the Mother Goddess—a thread that would guide her entire life.
That thread led her to Reiki, beginning a journey in 2004 that would blossom into a profound calling. By 2012, she had gracefully ascended to the Shihan (Master Teacher) level, becoming a 9th-generation keeper of the Usui lineage—a sacred trust she carries with humility.
While working with an internationally acclaimed yoga school, Lipi discovered her true gift: a unique, intuitive form of healing that flows not just from technique, but from a deep, surrendered listening. She calls it the ‘Master’s way’—a compassionate channeling of universal energy that has touched and transformed hundreds of seekers from across the globe.
Her deepest aspiration is simple yet profound: to be a gentle, clear instrument of the universe’s own healing love. She holds her heart open, yearning to reach every soul the universe gently directs her way.
At home in Mysore, this devoted channel of healing is also a loving wife and a mother of two, where her greatest miracles are often found in the quiet, everyday moments of family life.
